Brighton Giving Feels Good Handbag Trade-In Event

From July 28th – August 13th, 2023 Brighton will be collecting gently-used handbags to be given to charities in the communities and distributed to women who have been facing challenges and could use a helping hand.

For 20 years, Brighton has collected gently used handbags to distribute through local charities to help women throughout the U.S. In 2022 alone, 13,000 handbags were collected and donated.

For the woman who receives the gift of a handbag, it may do more than simply brighten her day – it could help to give her confidence and set off a chain of positive changes in her life.

Many of us own a number of handbags, and one of those bags can bring joy to a woman who is less fortunate than we are. We are encouraging women to bring in ANY gently used handbag to be donated and we’ll give the person who donates a bag a $25 to $50 bonus on a brand new handbag.

Giving back to the communities has been part of Brighton’s culture since the beginning, and its Handbag Trade-In is just one example of how they try to do the right thing. Thank you for joining with us as we work to improve the lives of women and their families.
